Job summary

National Seating & Mobility (NSM) is seeking a skilled Technician to service and assemble mobility equipment across branch, field, and client sites. You will coordinate with the Branch Manager and team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery to clients.

Responsibilities include repairing equipment, handling inventory, and delivering with proper instruction and safety guidance. A strong mechanical background and valid driver's license are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined with hands-on repair ability.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license required for field service visits.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform repairs in branch, field, clinic, schools, and care homes.
• Assemble seating, mobility, and home accessibility equipment per specs.
• Manage inventory for custom, special orders, and stock items in the branch.
• Deliver equipment with fitting, instruction, and customer service as directed by leadership.
• Provide technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as needed.
