Job summary

Pride Mobility Products Corporation is seeking a sales professional to grow revenue for Pride retail products within an assigned geographical area and account base by developing relationships, educating customers, and delivering strategic business plans.

You will meet or exceed quotas, conduct product presentations, collaborate with Pride Account Executives, document activity in CRM, travel as needed, and contribute to continuous improvement while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B field sales, indirect sales or dealer development.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Team player with professional, detail-oriented and honest approach.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent presentation, training, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities.
• Relentless drive toward advancement and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals and sales quotas for Pride retail products from indirect sales and dealer development.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship development with effective meetings, product education, and in-service presentations.
• Collaborate with Pride Account Executives and Quantum Sales to maximize sales in the assigned area.
• Provide ongoing feedback through the Pride Speak Up platform and document activity in CRM.
• Identify unrealized sales opportunities and develop strategic action plans for accounts.
• Develop a strategic travel/call rotation to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Support continuous product improvement by sharing competitor and Pride product insights.
• Adhere to safety rules and report accidents or injuries; complete required security trainings.
• Align with internal Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations.
