Job summary

Pride Mobility Products®/Quantum Rehab® is seeking an Outside Sales Specialist to grow sales and market share in Scottsdale, AZ. You will build relationships, educate customers on Pride retail products, and develop business strategies within an assigned territory and account base.

Responsibilities include meeting revenue goals, conducting effective presentations, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining CRM activity to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in B2B field sales or dealer development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals and sales quotas for Pride retail products from indirect sales and dealer development.
• Collaborate with Pride Account Executives and Quantum Sales to maximize sales for assigned area and account base.
• Provide ongoing feedback and best practices through Pride Speak Up platform.
• Document account activity in CRM software.
• Develop goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are met.
