Nexushm in Illinois is seeking a Restorative Aide to work under nursing staff and collaborate with therapy teams to help residents continue practicing skills that promote quality of life and prevent functional decline.

You will assist restorative nurses with restorative processes, help residents regain mobility and functional abilities, and support care planning for residents in accordance with the restorative nurses.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing assistant certification in Illinois.
• Knowledge of restorative processes.
• No abuse records.
• Previous SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents regain functional abilities.
