Job summary

Nexushm is seeking a compassionate Restorative Aide to work under nursing staff and collaborate with therapy teams to help residents practice skills that promote quality of life and prevent functional decline.

You will assist restorative nurses, help residents regain mobility and functional abilities, and support care planning aligned with restorative goals. Preferred qualification: Illinois CNA certification, knowledge of restorative processes, SNF experience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois.
• Knowledge of restorative processes.
• No abuse records.
• Previous experience in a SNF setting.
