Parkview Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Restorative Aide to support resident mobility and independence under nursing direction and Rehab Services collaboration.

You will implement restorative programs, assist with exercises, and help transition residents from rehab to restorative care while documenting progress and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team. This full-time role emphasizes resident wellbeing and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current state CNA certification required.
• Restorative Aide Certificate required.
• Restorative care experience preferred.
• CMT certification is a plus and preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement restorative programs for residents as a Restorative Aide.
• Assist residents with exercises, mobility programs, and positioning as ordered.
• Facilitate transition from skilled rehab to restorative programs.
• Communicate with nursing and rehab teams about resident goals and progress.
• Maintain restorative documentation and progress records.
• Visit residents daily to ensure programs are effective.
• Train primary caregivers in restorative techniques.
