Job summary

Nexus Health seeks a dedicated Restorative Aide to support residents in a SNF setting. Working under nursing staff and with therapy teams, you help residents maintain skills, mobility, and independence while supporting care plans.

Work under the direction of nursing staff and in collaboration with therapy teams, this role helps residents continue practicing skills that promote quality of life and prevent functional decline.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a restorative aide, you will assist restorative nurses with restorative processes.

• You will help residents regain their mobility.

• You will help residents regain functional abilities.

• You will assist with care planning for your residents in accordance with the restorative nurses.
