You will lead safe stretch programs, use techniques like PNF and contract-relax, promote stretch services, and document progress while staying current with certifications and Life Time standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer with CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Lead assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Lead recovery sessions with assisted stretching, hypervolt, and breathing drills.
• Complete administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan.
• Promote stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Document all aspects of client programming and stay current on certifications.
