Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, building relationships and promoting healthier lives.

You will educate, motivate, and provide excellent customer service while delivering safe stretch programs in a high-energy fitness environment. Responsibilities include leading stretch and recovery sessions using evidence-based techniques, documenting progress, and assisting members on the fitness floor.

Qualifications

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Completes required training and stays current on credentials.
• Reads and documents client progress, pre-participation screening, and goals.
• Promotes and sells stretch sessions and other training services.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Reads, watches, and engages in all required training associated with the role.
• Conducts stretch and recovery demos for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Completes administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Remains current on certifications and new industry trends.
