Job summary

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Engineer to support the KC-46 program at Tinker AFB. The role focuses on developing and implementing effective R&M processes to achieve reliability, availability, and maintainability goals throughout the program lifecycle.

You will review reliability data, support DR resolution, and assist with assessments and trade studies related to system performance, cost, producibility, maintainability, and risk.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS with DoD experience or equivalent, 10+ years in related roles.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Experience applying R&M engineering principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement R&M processes to meet weapon system requirements.
• Integrate R&M requirements into IMP/IMS and program schedules.
• Review FRACAS data and reliability reports to identify issues.
• Support DR resolution and definition of design baselines for reliability.
