Job summary

NoTraffic is a leader in mobility platforms, working with distributors, agencies, and contractors to ensure installation and software competency. The Product Specialist role blends in-person and remote training, installation validation, and field support to empower partners and ensure successful deployments.

You will train partners on installation workflows, troubleshoot in the field, and assist with project planning and equipment readiness across locations.

Qualifications

• Must have: minimum of 5 years of experience completed IMSA II (or similar).
• Experience with intersection cabinet architecture.
• Traffic technician and field knowledge.
• Field gear: calm in stressful situations, in the field with partners, working through installation and troubleshooting.
• Technical training experience.
• Comfortable speaking/training small groups.

Responsibilities

• Physical Execution: Subject matter expert on NoTraffic hardware, the equipment that it connects to, and the system integration.
• Software Lifecycle: Training partners on NoTraffic Download Manager, installation of equipment, and configuration using Installation Assistant (IA).
• Sales Support: Support RSMs during early project work, including additional training sessions with partners and technical FAQ.
• Installation Planning: Review project documentation and ensure proper equipment, tools, and Aux Items are on hand.
