Job summary

Transdev in San Jose, California is seeking a Full-time Mobility General Manager to oversee Mobility Options by Transdev and collaborate with partner agencies to expand transportation options for passengers with disabilities.

You will lead operations staff, ensure safety and compliance with contracts, and drive performance. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in mobility contracts are required. The role offers a salary range and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Minimum of three years experience in a Mobility Contract.
• Knowledge of ADA eligibility standards and processes.
• Ability to work with managers, staff, clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Mobility Options’ day-to-day liaison with staff.
• Oversee and direct activities of operations staff on this project.
• Provide timely performance feedback and develop employees.
• Coordinate with Operations and Call Center to ensure safe, compliant service.
• Attend client and company meetings and trainings as necessary.
• Represent Mobility Options professionally to partners and community.
