Mobility Options by Transdev works with partner agencies to find creative solutions in providing transportation options for passengers with disabilities. Competitive compensation package of minimum $92,000– maximum $115,000
This position is eligible for the Corporate Short-Term Incentive Bonus Program, offering a target bonus opportunity of up to 10% of base salary, based on individual, business, and overall performance goals.
Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating

Serve as Mobility Options’ day-to-day liaison with staff
Oversee and direct the activities of all Mobility Options’ operations staff assigned to this project
Provides employees timely and constructive performance feedback; develops employees and provides opportunities that enhance employee career growth
Work with key managerial staff to coordinate activities among the Operations staff as well as within Call Center to ensure that service operates safely, smoothly and in accordance with all legal and contractual requirements
Responsible for administering and documenting discipline in keeping with the Discipline policies
Develop, implement and administer policies and procedures in accordance with legal, contractual and company guidelines
Attend client and company meetings and trainings as necessary
Represents Mobility Options in a professional manner to our service partners, and the community
Perform other related duties as required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Mobility Contract
Comprehensive knowledge of industry accepted practices, procedures and policies for operating a Mobility contract, including operations and personnel procedures
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, subordinates, customers, and the client
Ability to plan and supervise the work of subordinates
Demonstrated ability to work within the context of a client contract is strongly preferred
Knowledge of ADA Eligibility standards and processes
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Solid interviewing, assessment and observational skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse population
Knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws.
Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programs.
Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation skills; ability to influence people at all levels of the organization.
Ability to organize and perform work efficiently, strong attention to details

Travel requirement (as a percent): <5% travel for meetings and outside training.

Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
Push and pull objects up to 25pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise
