Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Mobility Manager for a 12+ months contract in Fountain Valley, CA. You will lead and coordinate in-vehicle technology programs, including App Marketplace, Alexa Built-In, and SDV initiatives, aligning with the client’s mobility strategy.

You will partner with engineering, UX, legal, marketing, and IT, manage cross-functional teams, develop business cases, pricing models, and KPIs, and ensure successful program execution and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in business planning & strategy, P&L building, working in early-stage companies or projects.
• Understanding of infotainment systems, voice assistants (e.g., Alexa), and cloud-based services.
• Experience with agile development and software-defined vehicle (SDV) ecosystems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Physical requirements: Ability to work from office 5 days per week in Fountain Valley, CA.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, execution, and tracking of in-vehicle technology programs, ensuring alignment with Client's product and mobility strategies.
• Oversee the lifecycle of digital features including App Marketplace, FOD, Alexa Built-In, SDV Strategy, and future digital services.
• Ensure inclusion of all Mobility & Connectivity programs into Owner Manuals and Product Guides.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, UX, legal, marketing, IT) and external partners to deliver high-quality, customer-centric digital experiences.
• Serve as a key liaison between Automotive Client and global HQ teams on digital cockpit features and services.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends in mobility and connectivity.
• Support the development of product roadmaps and feature prioritization based on market research and customer insights.
• Assist in the creation of business cases, pricing models, and KPIs for various in-vehicle tech programs
• Monitor program performance and recommend improvements to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction.

Akkodis is seeking a Mobility Manager for a 12+ months Contract position with a client located in Fountain Valley, CA

Pay Range: $40- $55/hr on W2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

About the Role

1. Purpose

• Support Client's key in-vehicle technology programs, such as App Marketplace, Alexa Built-In and SDV Strategy within the Product Planning & Mobility team.

2. Key Responsibilities

Program Management:
