Job summary

National Seating and Mobility, Inc. is seeking a full-time Technician to respond to service calls, repair mobility equipment, and assist with assembly and delivery of seating and home accessibility solutions.

You will coordinate with the Branch Manager and other staff to ensure timely order processing, receipt, assembly, and delivery to clients. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and compassionate service as NSM helps clients achieve independence and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• Lift 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalency certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform quality repairs across branch, field, clinic, schools, and care homes.
• Assemble seating, mobility, ADL and home accessibility equipment per specs.
• Provide inventory control for custom, special orders and stock items.
• Deliver equipment and provide fitting, instruction, compliance and customer service.
