Job summary

National Seating and Mobility (NSM) is seeking a dedicated Technician to support mobility solutions for clients. You will respond to service calls, repair equipment, assemble seating and accessibility devices, and ensure timely delivery and setup according to specifications.

Work encompasses branch, field, clinic, schools, and care-home environments. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and collaboration with branch leadership to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Full-time, day shift responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and perform quality repairs in diverse environments (branch, field, clinic, schools, care homes).
• Assemble seating, mobility, and home accessibility equipment per specs.
• Maintain inventory for custom, special orders and stock items in the branch.
• Deliver equipment with fitting, instruction, compliance, and customer service.
• Provide technical support to Rehab Technology Specialist as directed.
