Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years delivering consumer/medical equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and setup of power chairs.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, service, and repair mobility equipment per guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service at patients' homes.
• Document issues and complete paperwork accurately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with office and warehouse teams.
