Rehab Medical is seeking a Mobility Equipment Technician to ensure patients receive correct mobility equipment with safe, accurate delivery and setup. You will work directly with patients, therapists, and ATPs to tailor equipment to individual needs and provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years delivering consumer or medical equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and set up complex mobility devices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery, service, and repair of mobility equipment with professional customer service.
• Document issues and complete required paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, compliant company vehicle and follow safety protocols.
• Coordinate with office, therapists, and ATPs to customize equipment for patient needs.
• Assist with route pre/post-ride tasks and support team objectives.
