Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering consumer or medical equipment.

• Ability to interact with patients professionally and confidentially; manage priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and education during deliveries, service calls, pickups, and repairs.

• Complete all paperwork and electronic documentation accurately and promptly.
• Understand billing requirements and ensure proper signatures, while complying with guidelines.
