Job summary

Numotion, the leader in complex rehabilitation technology, seeks a Service Technician to diagnose and repair manual and powered wheelchairs and related medical equipment. The role involves field visits, shop work, and ensuring equipment is safe and reliable for customers who depend on it daily.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED (or 1 year related experience), strong mechanical skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or minimum one year of related experience.
• Experience with medical equipment preferred.
• Strong trouble‑shooting and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment in shop or field.
• Maintain stock equipment in usable condition.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment in shop/warehouse.
• Maintain delivery vehicles to ensure safe operation.
• Receive, store, and ship parts with accurate inventory control.
• Complete documentation thoroughly and on time.
• Educate customers and caregivers on proper use and safety of equipment.
• Perform minor fittings and adjustments for user comfort.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training to stay updated.
