The role emphasizes DevOps practices, CI/CD, testing, and production support, with opportunities to learn across technology stacks. A strong foundation in Java/Python and RESTful design is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Java and Python programming skills with OO design.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL optimization.
• Exposure to NoSQL and distributed data tech.
• Experience with AWS and DevOps practices.
• Understanding CI/CD, containers and modern SDLC.
• Ability to work in an agile, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build and enhance microservices and distributed systems.
• Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases for performance.
• Develop with Kafka, Elasticsearch, AWS, and containers.
• Contribute to cloud-native architecture for scale, security, reliability.
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code and participate in reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver long-term solutions.
• Apply CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Learn new technologies and adapt across stacks as needed.
