Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Kentuckiana is seeking a Mobile Workforce Specialist to deliver the Mobile Club at schools and community sites while leading youth-focused workforce development and tech programming. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with youth or teens.
• Interest in workforce development, technology, STEM, or maker-space activities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support the Mobile Club at schools and community events.
• Develop and facilitate career exploration and workforce readiness programming for teens.
• Lead hands-on projects involving 3D printing, CAD/design, Cricut, XTool, and related technologies.
