Job summary

Delaware Guidance Services for Children is seeking a Mobile Youth Crisis Clinician to provide rapid response screening, assessment, and counseling for youth and families in a community-based setting. The role includes on-call rotation and after-hours telehealth scheduling, with duties to maintain safety and document cases through discharge.

• Master’s degree in a licensed-eligible field or related field with crisis experience.
• Experience with crisis intervention and risk assessment.
• Ability to coordinate with DPBHS and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response screening, assessment, and counseling for youth and families.
• Conduct risk assessments and determine level of care.
• Maintain documentation from intake to discharge.
• Participate in Clinician On-Call rotation and after-hours telehealth.
