WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our urgent care network. The role offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $33.50, with sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Travel to designated locations within the region is required to perform X-ray exams and support busy clinical operations. Responsibilities include operating X-ray equipment, preparing patients, and ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or expected graduation within 4–6 months.
• Active ARRT certification and registration.
• Applicable state licensure as required.
• Active driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Start up and shut down all X-ray equipment.
• Identify patient and confirm ordered examination.
• Travel to designated locations within the region to perform X-ray exams.
• Manage fleet vehicle responsibilities including fueling and logs.
• Monitor communications with teams at locations.
• Prepare patients and perform radiologic procedures safely.
• Obtain patient history and document observations.
• Use radiation protection and shielding materials as required.
• Ensure equipment functions properly and report malfunctions.
• Complete radiologic procedures in EMR and document billing.
• Obtain pre-authorization from insurers for CT scans.
• Confirm X-ray exams in PACS and update patient charts.
• Clarify discrepancies in readings with medical providers.
• Restock and clean sites with team members.
• Participate in quality control and assurance programs.
• Provide basic medical assisting and occupational medicine duties.
