Job summary

Wound Haven in Texas seeks compassionate NP/PA to join a mobile wound care team. You’ll visit patients in homes and facilities, assess wounds, develop plans, and deliver evidence-based care following clinical protocols.

You’ll travel within your service area, use an iPad for charting, and collaborate with caregivers and clinicians to support healing and quality of life. Full-time or part-time options with benefits; compensation varies with patient volume and terms.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA certification and a valid Texas license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care with teamwork.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.
• Proficient with iPad and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide wound care within your scope of practice and established clinical protocols.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
• Collaborate with providers, facility staff, and the clinical team to support continuity of care.
• Complete accurate, timely patient documentation using an iPad and EHR.
• Organize your schedule to provide dependable, attentive patient care.
