Job summary

Wound Haven in Texas seeks compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for mobile wound care teams delivering care to patients at homes and facilities.

You will assess wounds, create treatment plans, and educate patients while traveling within your Texas service area. Per-patient-chart compensation with potential bonus fees accompanies full-time W-2 employment with benefits.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA certification and an active Texas license in good standing.
• Active DEA registration preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to travel within assigned service area.
• Proficient with iPad and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide wound care within your scope of practice and clinical protocols.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
• Collaborate with providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Complete accurate patient documentation using an iPad and EHR.
