Job summary

Wound Haven Texas is seeking compassionate NP/PA to join our mobile wound care team delivering care to patients at homes and facilities.

We offer full-time and part-time W-2 roles with benefits; compensation is per-patient-chart with potential bonus fees, travel by personal vehicle.

You will assess wounds, develop treatment plans, monitor healing, educate patients and caregivers, and document accurately in the EHR using an iPad.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA certification and Texas license in good standing.
• Ability to travel within service area using personal vehicle.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management.
• DEA registration active preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess wound care needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide wound care within scope and clinical protocols.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management.
• Collaborate with providers and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Document accurately using iPad and EHR.
• Schedule care to ensure dependable patient visits.
