Job summary

Wound Haven in Texas is seeking compassionate NP/PA to join our mobile wound care team. You will travel to patients' homes and facilities, assess wounds, create personalized care plans, and document care using an iPad and EHR.

Full-time and part-time W-2 roles with benefits; travel between patient locations is required; active Texas NP/PA certification and license; DEA optional; we offer supportive team, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA certification and a Texas license in good standing.
• Active DEA registration preferred, but not required.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide wound care within scope of practice and clinical protocols.
• Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
• Collaborate with providers and facility staff to support continuity of care.
• Document patient care accurately using iPad and EHR.
