Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state NP/PA license in TX
• CPR certification required
• Strong communication skills essential
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance; local travel required

Responsibilities

• Select, order, and perform tests and procedures to guide treatment
• Perform wound care procedures as part of the plan of care
• Define and document patient diagnoses
• Ensure patient satisfaction and clear communication
• Educate patients and manage care plans
• Debride wounds using appropriate methods during visits
• Apply topical wound care products and other wound management treatments
• Notate findings and treatment course in patient charts with follow-up notes
