Job summary

Vision To Learn seeks a Program Coordinator in the Detroit metro area to coordinate with district partners, clinical staff, and the operations team. The role focuses on daily reporting, scheduling, and data tracking to support mobile vision clinics in schools.

You will work under the Program Manager, ensuring timely data entry, smooth communication with nurses and principals, and cross-functional collaboration to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Two+ years’ experience working with schools
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Program Manager and district partners to outline a strategic schedule for mobile vision clinics at schools
• Coordinate staff schedules and approve timesheets
• Oversee clinic team and ensure MOUs compliance
• Maintain program data and input data into VTL systems (EHR, tracking spreadsheets, Basecamp)
• Travel regularly to schools to support field staff and ensure high-quality program delivery
• Assist with partnership development for summer exam opportunities
