Job summary

Vision To Learn seeks a Program Manager to oversee the Columbus, Ohio region and its surrounding Southeast Ohio operations. You will direct regional staff, coordinate mobile clinics, and partner with schools to deliver vision services to students in underserved communities.

You will manage scheduling, data collection, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timely delivery, while maintaining compliance, and supporting grant requirements. This role involves community engagement and program growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in nonprofit, education, or related fields.
• Logistics and project management background.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional mobile clinics and operations.
• Manage staff, budgets and regional performance.
• Coordinate with schools, districts and partners.
• Ensure data entry and reporting in SPARTA and other systems.
• Uphold regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on strategy.
