Job summary

Vision To Learn is seeking a Program Manager in Columbus, Ohio to oversee regional mobile vision clinics and lead a growing team across urban and rural school communities. The role emphasizes strong leadership, logistics, data management and collaboration with schools and funding partners.

The position reports to the Director of Operations and offers full-time hours with benefits. A Bachelor’s degree and nonprofit or education experience are preferred to help expand VTL’s impact in Southeast

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in nonprofit, education, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, project management, or operations in a nonprofit setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations of mobile vision clinics in Columbus and Southeast Ohio.
• Lead and develop regional staff, build partnerships with schools and community organizations.
• Ensure data collection, reporting, and program compliance across the region.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on strategy and program sustainability.
