Job summary

Vision To Learn in Bend, Oregon seeks a Program Manager to lead the Central Oregon region, overseeing mobile vision clinics, staff, and partnerships with schools and community organizations. You will drive program operations, data reporting, and relationship development to sustain service delivery for students in rural communities.

You will manage budgets, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to advance Vision To Learn’s mission and growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; nonprofit, education, or related field experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing staff in a fast-paced environment and strong leadership skills.
• Experience with logistics, program management, and donor/grant collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations of mobile vision clinics within Central Oregon.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, districts, and community partners.
• Manage data collection, reporting, and compliance across systems.
• Provide staff leadership, performance coaching, and budget oversight.
• Collaborate with Directors to align program strategy and sustainability.
