Job Description

We are seeking a self-starting Field Service Technician to deliver an excellent customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that enhances customer satisfaction, maximizes retention, and increases profitability.

The Technical Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Collaborating with Customer Experience, Sales, Systems Integration, CMSO, and Product Group to meet customer needs in the assigned region.
  • Serving as a key contact to ensure customer satisfaction during deployment and post-deployment phases.
Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate between sales, systems integration, support, and product teams.
  • Troubleshoot system failures related to hardware, network, or software issues.
  • Diagnose technical problems and determine solutions.
  • Provide training for administrators and end-users on product and system configurations.
  • Train and supervise third-party integrators on mobile video device installations.
  • Communicate technical resolutions to customers effectively.
  • Assist in deployment configurations and support handoff.
  • Produce detailed service reports with customer approval.
  • Follow all company procedures and protocols.
  • Share information across technical teams.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate recommendations.
  • Build positive customer relationships.
  • Identify systemic issues and collaborate on process improvements.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics, systems, field service, or IT roles.
  • Proficiency in Windows administration, networking, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi/router configuration, IP device setup, hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Law Enforcement environments is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and demonstrate product capabilities.
  • Project management experience in installations.
  • Experience working with city government and law enforcement is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
  • Ability to develop cross-organizational relationships and work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Must pass a stringent background check per CJIS Security Policy.

Location: In-region remote with travel as needed.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain required background clearance.
