Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate veterinarians to provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care across Oregon. Practice medicine with time to listen, answer questions, and help families say goodbye with dignity, on the client's home turf.

Work independently on the road with strong team support, choose from 2–5 day schedules, including self-managed options. Competitive compensation with quarterly bonuses, mentorship, and generous benefits; NO non-compete.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) and valid license to practice.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life veterinary care in clients' homes.
• Offer support to grieving families and answer questions.
• Coordinate care with team and maintain patient records.
