Job summary

Manheim is seeking Mobile Inspectors to perform on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients across assigned territories. You will document condition per Manheim standards and act as a brand ambassador for Cox Automotive, engaging dealers to grow mobile inspection participation.

The role offers progression from Level 1 to Senior, with responsibilities expanding to independent inspection management and territory optimization. Safe driving and strong dealer relations are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimal automotive knowledge preferred (body and mechanical).
• 0-1 years of automotive-related experience preferred.
• 3+ years of related field experience acceptable with HS diploma/GED or higher.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Safely move and handle vehicles on dealer lots.
• Accurately document vehicle condition and data in inspection systems.
• Develop working knowledge of inspection standards and client expectations.
• Build trust with dealer clients and educate on Manheim services.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports.
• Utilize Salesforce.com for reporting and lead management.
