Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts is seeking a Field Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services across Crash Champions locations. The role requires daily travel in a company vehicle and a strong focus on OEM-aligned workmanship and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in automotive diagnostics, strong ADAS expertise, and proficiency with electrical testing tools. The job emphasizes customer service, proper documentation, and ongoing training to stay

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wire/connector repair.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to perform and interpret vehicle health scans using factory and non-factory tools.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to travel daily in a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Ensure all services—particularly calibrations—are documented per OEM guidelines and approved prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and confirm successful repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service by managing difficult situations with transparency and urgency.
• Escalate concerns when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as assigned.
• Care for, maintain, and secure ATE-issued tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Stay current on ATE and OEM protocols through required training.
