Job summary

Manheim Mobile Inspection roles at Cox Automotive offer on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients across multiple levels. You will document vehicle condition per standards, safeguard accurate data, and support inventory flow in your assigned territory.

Roles range from Level 1 to Senior, with requirements tailored to experience. A safe driving record and the ability to work day shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• 0–1 years automotive‑related experience preferred (Level 1)
• 3+ years automotive‑related experience preferred (Level 2)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough on-site vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards.
• Document vehicle condition data accurately in inspection systems and reports.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and production reports; use Salesforce.com for reporting as needed.
• Collaborate with Wholesale Specialists and other teams to support client success and improve processes.
