Job summary

Manheim Mobile Inspections is hiring Mobile Inspectors to perform on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients across an assigned territory. You will document vehicle condition with accuracy and act as a brand ambassador for Cox Automotive, supporting marketplace transparency and inventory flow.

Roles vary by level, from entry to senior, with responsibilities including client engagement, reporting, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.
• Automotive knowledge is preferred at Level 1 and required at higher levels; driving record must be clean.
• Ability to meet physical and mental demands within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections on dealer lots following Manheim inspection standards.
• Document vehicle condition and data accurately in inspection systems.
• Engage dealer clients to grow participation in mobile inspection services.
• Submit daily activity and production reports and use Salesforce for tracking.
• Maintain safety and comply with inspection policies and procedures.
