Job summary

Manheim is seeking Mobile Vehicle Inspectors to conduct on-site condition inspections for dealer clients within assigned territories. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, brand representation for Cox Automotive, and growing participation in mobile inspection services.

Levels 1–Senior offer progression opportunities based on experience. Inspectors will report daily activities, use inspection standards, and collaborate with wholesalers and other teams to enhance efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record required.
• 0-1 years of automotive-related experience preferred for Level 1.
• 1-2 years of automotive-related experience preferred for Level 2.
• 2-3 years of automotive-related experience preferred for Senior Level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards.
• Document vehicle condition accurately in inspection systems.
• Build trust with dealer clients and increase inspection volume.
• Submit daily activity and production reports using Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with teams to support client success and process improvements.
• Maintain safety and compliance with inspection standards.
