Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic tire services (mounting/balancing) using a Roll by Goodyear van.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and explain installation steps.
• Demonstrate knowledge of warranties, promotions, and ads.
• Work with store network and customer service teams.
• Drive between appointments and ensure safety checks are completed.
• Potential travel for training on new technology.
