Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Mobile Tire Technician to fulfill customer tire needs at homes and workplaces using a Roll by Goodyear van. You will install tires, deliver friendly service, and explain products and promotions.

The role offers on-the-road independence, safety-focused routines, and extensive training with opportunities for advancement in a large tire company. Benefits include medical, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic tire services (mounting, balancing, tire repairs) using a Roll by Goodyear mobile van.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and explain installation steps.
• Demonstrate knowledge of warranties, promotions and advertisements.
• Work with the store network and customer service as part of the Roll by Goodyear team.
• Safely drive the van between appointments and conduct safety checks when installing tires.
• Occasionally travel to other cities to train others or learn new techniques.
