Job summary

Goodyear is recruiting a Mobile Tire Technician to service customers at their homes or workplaces using a Roll by Goodyear mobile van. You will perform tire services, engage with customers, and explain the installation process and product warranties.

The role requires independent work, strong customer service, and a willingness to travel for training or to support new markets. Training is provided, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic tire services (mounting and balancing) using a Roll by Goodyear mobile van.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and explaining the installation process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products, warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
• Work with the store network and customer service to support customers on the go.
• Conduct proper safety checks when installing tires and maintain compliance with procedures.
• Occasionally travel to other cities for training or to support additional markets.
