Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic tire services using a Roll by Goodyear mobile van.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and explain installation process.
• Demonstrate knowledge of warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
• Work with the store network and customer service teams.
• Safely drive between appointments and conduct safety checks.
