Job summary

Irby Utilities is seeking a Mobile Testing Technician to operate a traveling Mobile Testing Lab, repair tools, and build ground sets and rope products. The role involves loading and unloading materials, following work orders, packaging items for shipment, and ensuring accurate documentation, with emphasis on safety and courteous customer interactions.

The position requires hands-on testing, operating lifting equipment, and coordinating with shippers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy objects and perform demanding physical tasks.
• Ability to read work orders and follow instructions accurately.
• Experience handling materials for shipment and packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the worksite.
• Read and follow work orders to determine materials to move.
• Package merchandise for shipment and prepare shipping documents.
