CBRE Group, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Mobile Technician to support 5-6 retail stores across the region. You’ll perform preventive maintenance and repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems, with a company vehicle, gas card, tools, iPad and iPhone provided.

Requirements: high school diploma (technical training a plus), proven facilities maintenance experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to work independently or with a team to deliver world‑class service.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and complete tasks efficiently to meet client standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to achieve outstanding service delivery.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies.
• Provide support for emergency situations and on-call duties as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Candidate will support assigned service calls for 5-6 retail stores within a geographical area. Will be responsible for performing general maintenance related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, roofing, painting, etc. Company vehicle, gas card, tools, IPad, and IPhone will be provided.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• High school diploma or equivalent experience; technical school training is a plus.
• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other building systems. HVAC experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering world-class service.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mobile Technician position is $52,000 annually [or $25.00 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Mobile Technician position is $62,400 annually [or $30.00 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
