Charter Communications’ Spectrum Mobile team is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on Mobile Repair to help customers activate service, resolve billing questions, and troubleshoot devices. You will be the voice of Spectrum, delivering friendly, solution‑oriented support in a fast‑paced call environment.

Based in Buffalo, NY, this role requires excellent communication, multi‑tasking, and a willingness to work a schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inbound calls to resolve topics including mobile service activation, billing questions, rate and fee inquiries, order and payment processing, account updates, and subscriber challenges.
• Provide knowledgeable and efficient customer service for Spectrum Mobile.
