• Proven experience leading a mobile apps development team with a track record of mentoring engineers
• Deep knowledge of mobile apps architecture and design patterns
• Strong expertise in Swift, SwiftUI and iOS frameworks; solid Android development knowledge (Kotlin)
• Product-driven approach ensuring engineering decisions support business goals
• Expertise in leveraging Agentic AI to accelerate software development
• Fluency in English
