Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

As part of InstaSwim you join a national network with liability coverage. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Earn $40–$70 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
