Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel locally.

Earn $40-$70 per hour and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson. Must have 2+ years of instruction, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain), and US work authorization. Insurance coverage is provided. Join InstaSwim to work with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client pools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel to client locations.
• Create and adapt custom lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and ensure safety at all times.
• Provide a fun and tracked learning experience for clients.
